- Take a breath from the mouth and press you head into the water and release the air thru your nose.
- Press your head into water and raise your leg behind and float then retract your leg like the frog to a standing position.
- Repeat step 2 without holding the side of the pool and this time retract your legs with your arms too. I guess this is the so-called moment stabilization
- Using the side of the pool and kick with your left/right leg (the subsequent style will lead to to use of thumbs to push you forward) and maintain a floating position for 6 seconds. Retract your legs and arms back to a standing position.
- Kicking water with your legs for 30 times.
- Combine step 4 and step 6.
I don’t know whether I’m fast or slow but man I found it to be very interesting because I can’t believe I can actually submerged my head into water. I do gulped in water a few times. My coach stress to me the importance of breathing and he’s been pushing me to do step 1 everytime I completed one lap. From first experience, I found swimming to be a good all round exercise yet a very dirty sport too. Just imagine all the saliva, ear wax, and nose fluid, urine (I heard from someone that they actually do it) all inside the pool. The worst ever story I heard was someone shitting inside the pool! Worse still, the bathing rooms don’t even have doors. I’m not saying I’m a bit shy but I’m just not that open-minded. If they are aso open-minded then just break of the wall and bath in front of everyone then!

Haha. It's too early man. I've just started learning. Gee... It was tough and taxing. I've just started to learn frog style or breast stroke I guess.
