A new version of "King Kong" to be released for the holiday season, from New Zealand director Peter Jackson, is reportedly the sixth most expensive film in Hollywood history.
The most expensive ever was1. "Cleopatra" - 286.4 million dollars (in 2005 money).
2. "Titanic" - 247 million dollars.
3. "Waterworld" - 229 million dollars.
4. "Terminator 3" - 216 million dollars
5. "Spider-Man 2" - 210 million dollars6. "King Kong" - 207 million dollars
7 . "Wild Wild West" - 203.8 million dollars
8. "Speed 2" - 198.8 US dollars.
