Gift Exchange Lunch

Last week, my company had this gift exchange plus lunch in the office. It was a simple event yet memorable one. Well, we don't have gathering much often. We have some games and gift exchange (or I would say gift stealing where you to steal other's person gift if you don't like yours). The following photos are courtesy of Tham Yuet Weng, our professional photographer for that day.

Hey hey control your fist. Don't put that finger up again..

Everybody was listening to the unprepared director's speech before heading for our game session.

In the first game "build your tower", there are three teams. The catch is to build the highest tower that touch the ceiling in 5 minutes with newspaper and adhesive tape. I was the only engineer in my group which comprises of 3 accountants, 1 driver, 1 technical assistant, and 1 draughtsman. But hey!! We won and beat other groups which have the most engineers in their groups. Our tactic was to build a strong foundation using frame. Then just follow how KLCC claim the tallest building those days... Antenna!!!!

Wo la..

This the team that claim the tallest tower title minus the two guys at the far right with the thumbs up. Next was the lining up game...

This the girls team comprising (from right) their captain Pang Pei Pei, Jennifer, Sat Moy, KAr Yee, Denise, Zaleha, and Ai Yin (director)

The guys team (from right) Nathan, Jeff, Lauri (director, Ooi, Norest, me and Ben (captain).

Team talk discussing the tactic. The game was to form a line according to our assigned number with our eyes blindfolded. No sound or signal just by body touching. Our trick? Just stick out our fingers to show our number and one guy leads all. The results??? It doesn't matter right?
