Amazing Race - London (Sherlock Holmes)

I admit I buy Doraemon comic more than Detective Conan when I was small. Though, I acted in my school drama play using my script that was based on detective ala CSI style, never had I imagine I will visit the famous Sherlock Holmes's Home (try pronounce it fast).

Sherlock Holmes lived at 221b Baker Street between 1881-1904, according to the stories written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The house was last used as a lodging house in 1936 and the famous 1st floor study overlooking Baker Street is still faithfully maintained as it was kept in Victorian Times.

Quite surprisingly, there is one guy who dresses up as the Detective Sherlock Holmes distributing business card in front of the Baker Street Station everyday! They even have a police officer (I guess it's one of their staff) manning the main museum!

It's really happy to see an author imagination transform into real world. Will they build Nobita's house in Japan and transform it into museum is remained to be seen. And the museum will showcase all the gadgets inside Doraemon's pocket. Japan? In your dream mate....
