Last year I was assigned to lead the team for a job assignment in Macao. When we arrived there on the first day the weather was warm that we can barely wear any clothing. It was so hot that you wished you could make the sun disappear.
Never had I seen a sudden change of weather like this that I need to wear 4 layers of clothing on the last day of my 12 days stint there! On the second last day, temperature index was at the highest level (orange). Weather was very cold that day with strong monsoon signal hoisted.
The wind was so strong that all my team members can even do this.
Being in Macao for the third time, I found this to be the second Hong Kong. The first time I’ve been to Macao was on my holiday break after Hong Kong work and I travelled alone. The second time was because of job duty but this time I had one colleague for companion. For this one, I had not one but three. Two brains are better that one. When you have four it’s the best that you can even play mahjong.
For me, Macao was like another version of Vegas where money is the mother of all sin. When you have money, you get to see many funny things around. Like one of world shortest cable car ride and the longest version of Hummer.
